Coaches in WLL can schedule their own practices. It's recommended that you check the master calendar under the Team Central menu to avoid scheduling conflicts.

To Schedule a Practice:

Hover over Team Central > Select Team Directory > Select your Team or go directly to your Team Calendar




Select Create Event, then Practice. (WLL administrators schedule games)



Select:
Location (field)
Date
Time
Duration
Be sure to notify staff and participants
Click Save - you will receive an error message if the field was already booked at that time.
